Shailey O Sharma, a longtime resident of Maryland, is an award winning REALTOR® licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

client’s expectations, Shailey  advanced her real estate

education earning the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) 

designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (R.E.NE) Certification.

She also  earned her Life Insurance Licensure in 2020 adding an array of financial

services to  her professional toolkit.

Association of REALTORS®.

Paying it forward is Shailey’s mantra in life. She successfully accomplishes this  through

coaching and mentoring newly licensed Real Estate Agents at her Brokerage.  Passionate about

giving back to the community in various capacities, she is one of the  founding members of

IonHoCo (Indian Origin Network of Howard County). For the  past fifteen years, Shailey has

found

joy volunteering with the Art of Living  Foundation, where as a Meditation Instructor she teaches

the SKY Breath Meditation workshops to diverse audiences and specifically to the healthcare community.
