Why do I say it's still a buyers market?
Mortgage rates are still quite low: That is great news because your dollars can buy you a lot more house than it could a couple of years ago when the interest rates were high. Mortgage rates are not going to stay this low. The prediction for 2022 is that they will get up to 3.7% or 3.8%. You can talk to my lender partners and they can educate you more on mortgage rates.
